Prompt

Banned list ✓Beat grid ✓Build method ✓Self-review ✓
<direction> A 9-second data film for the metric signups. On the left, a CSV table types in row by row in monospace: jan,120 · feb,190 · mar,260 · apr,240 · may,380 · jun,520. On the right, a bar chart grows bar by bar from exactly those rows, value labels counting up, the maximum bar in the accent colour. Near-black background, white bars, one orange accent. Banned: 3D bars, glows, gradients, pie charts, axis tricks, truncated axes that exaggerate growth. </direction> <structure> Beat 1 (0–0.5s): title in — "signups.csv → chart". Beat 2 (0.5–3.2s): table rows appear one per beat, monospace, header in accent. Beat 3 (1.0–5.2s): bars grow in the same order as the rows, each value label counting 0 → value as its bar rises. Beat 4: footer line — sample-data label — hold. </structure> <build> One Remotion composition, 1280x720 landscape, 30fps. One data array drives BOTH the table and the chart — they can never disagree. Bar heights are value/max × chart height, interpolated over 32 frames per bar, staggered to the row order. The y-axis starts at zero, always. </build> <gotchas> Drive the table and the chart from a single array; two copies of the data will drift. Count-up labels must round — a label reading 379.4 is a bug, not precision. </gotchas> Before you finish: step through the timeline at five points and fix anything that overlaps, clips the frame, or drifts off the beat grid.

The data table stays on screen while the chart grows from it — the viewer can audit every bar against its row. Paste your CSV; the layout does the rest.

What broke (and the fix)

  • Nothing broke. The still check was an audit: table and chart are driven by one data array, and every bar label matched its CSV row; the maximum bar (JUN, 520) took the accent as specified.
