Prompt
Banned list ✓Beat grid ✓Build method ✓Self-review ✓
<direction>
A 9-second PR-to-video film, 1280x720 landscape. Left: a pull-request card for PR #482 builds in — title, branch chip, three file rows whose diff bars grow (+ adds in white, − dels in orange). A MERGED stamp slams onto the card. Right: a release card for v2.4.0 rises with three changelog lines, each ticking in with a small square marker.
Banned: real repository names or private code, glows, gradients, confetti, fake GitHub logos, unreadable micro-diffs.
</direction>
<structure>
Beat 1 (0.4s): PR card frame and title. Beat 2 (1.2–2.6s): file rows and diff bars stagger. Beat 3 (3.2s): MERGED stamp. Beat 4 (3.9s): release card rises. Beats 5–7 (4.6/5.4/6.2s): changelog lines tick in. Hold to 9s.
</structure>
<build>
One HyperFrames composition, seek-driven GSAP. Diff bars are scaleX divs with transform-origin left. The stamp is a bordered rotated div popping with a back ease.
</build>
<gotchas>
Clean first pass — the check and snapshots verified the two cards never collide (the stamp overhangs the card edge by design, clear of the release card's lane).
</gotchas>
Before you finish: step through the timeline at five points and fix anything that overlaps, clips the frame, or drifts off the beat grid.
Turns a merged pull request into a 9-second changelog film: the PR card builds with its diff bars, a MERGED stamp lands, then the card flips into a release card with three change lines. For dev-tool changelogs and release posts.

What broke (and the fix)
- Nothing broke. Check passed on the first build (two nested-structure warnings, same accepted pattern as Wave 1) and the snapshot pass verified the diff lines, the struck-through deletion and the changelog card all sit clear of each other at three points on the timeline.
