<direction>
A 6-second vertical hook film, 1080x1920 vertical. STOP SCROLLING START SHIPPING. — four words, one at a time, centre frame, each word sized so it nearly fills the 1080 width (short words huge, long words smaller — set per-word sizes, not one size). The last word is accented. Each word slams in (scale from 1.25, 0.15s) and hard-replaces the previous. At ~3.3s all four restack as a left-aligned list at ~104px, a short rule draws, and the payoff FOUR WORDS. THREE SECONDS. THAT IS THE WHOLE HOOK. fades in under it. A thin progress bar fills across the full 6 seconds at the bottom.
Banned: glows, gradients, bouncing/elastic word entrances, more than four words in the hook, captions under each word.
</direction>
<structure>
Words at 0.65s steps from 0.35s. Big word clears 3.15s. Stack lines stagger in from 3.4s (0.13s steps). Rule 4.1s, payoff 4.35s. Progress bar runs 0–6s linear.

<build>
One HyperFrames composition, seek-driven GSAP. Per-word font sizes are set individually in CSS. The stack is a separate pre-built stage revealed at the cut — animating four different-sized words into a list mid-flight is where hooks go to die.
</build>
<gotchas>
At a 1.45 starting scale the longest word overflowed the frame mid-slam and, caught mid-fade, read as a murky slab. 1.25 is the ceiling for frame-filling words: the settled word still touches both edges, and no frame of the slam looks broken.
</gotchas>
Before you finish: step through the timeline at five points and fix anything that overlaps, clips the frame, or drifts off the beat grid.
A 6-second vertical hook: four words, each sized to fill the frame width, slamming in one at a time — then all four restack as a left-aligned list with the payoff underneath. A progress bar underlines the whole thing. Built to be stolen for Reels/TikTok openers.

What broke (and the fix)
- The first snapshot pass caught the final word mid-slam at the old 1.45 starting scale: at that size 'SHIPPING.' overflows the 1080 frame and, mid-fade, read as a murky dark slab rather than a punch-in. Pulled the slam start to 1.25× and re-snapshotted — the settled word now fills the width edge-to-edge, fully inside the frame.
