<direction> An 8-second kinetic pricing film for FLOWBASE, 1280x720 landscape. Headline stacks in two deliberate lines: ONE PRICE. (white) / EVERY FEATURE. (accent). The price $14 counts up 0→14 with a cubic ease-out and settles; / MONTH fades in beside it. One feature slot under the price cycles three lines — NO SEATS. / NO TIERS. / NO SURPRISES. — each fading in on its own window. A trial CTA pill pops last, with a small note that the pricing is fictional. Banned: real pricing claims for real products, glows, gradients, strikethrough 'was' prices, countdown timers, more than three cycle lines. </direction> <structure> Headline frames 10–26. Count frames 40–78. / MONTH frames 82–96. Cycle windows: 98 / 138 / 178 (switch on those frames, 12-frame fades). CTA frames 196–216. Hold to 240. </structure> <build> One Remotion component (React), useCurrentFrame + interpolate, all ranges clamped. The cycle index and its fade window must be derived from the SAME frame table — if the switch frames and fade frames disagree, a word sits invisible. </build> <gotchas> The first render had the price sitting ON the headline: at 92px the one-line headline wrapped, and the price block — positioned for one line — overlapped the wrap. Measure the wrapped height (two lines ≈ 2× the line-height) before placing anything under a headline, or split the headline into deliberate lines as we did. </gotchas> Before you finish: step through the timeline at five points and fix anything that overlaps, clips the frame, or drifts off the beat grid.

A pricing film where the type does the selling: 'ONE PRICE. EVERY FEATURE.' stacks, the price counts up fast and settles, then a single slot cycles NO SEATS. / NO TIERS. / NO SURPRISES. before the trial CTA lands. Fictional product, honest framing.

Run log

What broke (and the fix)

  • The first render's stills showed the price sitting ON the headline: 'ONE PRICE. EVERY FEATURE.' is too long for one 92px line at 1280 wide, so it wrapped — and the price block, positioned for a one-line headline, overlapped the wrapped second line. Split the headline into two deliberate stacked lines, moved the price down, and trimmed it from 170px to 150px so the whole stack breathes.
